Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return only under the following circumstances:
- The product was delivered in a damaged condition.
- The product cannot be authenticated for any reason.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must remain sealed and unused.
- The original packaging must be intact.
- A return request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note that returns will not be accepted for personal preferences relating to the taste, flavour, smell, or texture of the product.
Return Process

Upon approval, a pickup will be scheduled for the returned product.
Products Purchased Under Promotional Offers
If your order included any complimentary product, freebie, or promotional item, the same must also be returned along with the main product in order to process the return and refund successfully.
Non-Returnable Products

- Products with broken or tampered seals
- Products returned without original packaging

Refund Policy
Once the returned product has been picked up and successfully inspected by our team, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
After the refund has been processed, it may take up to 5 additional working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, credit card, or original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
